Michigan Made Speed School is a series of classes created by professionals for athletes looking to fine-tune the skills necessary for elite speed. From first-step explosion, to core, balance, reaction and acceleration, boys and girls of all sports will work in a group setting to build confidence and master movements that directly translate to game play.

Speed School registration is OPEN for Spring 2025!
This Michigan Made session is an hour long, and Student-athletes are divided appropriately by age and skill level. Participants must bring tennis shoes and water - we bring the rest!
• Spring 1 | Thursdays | March 6, 13, 20 and 27.
Registration Deadline: March 1st
• Spring 2 | Wednesdays | April 16, 23, 30 & May 7.
Registration Deadline: April 11th
4-Week Programs
• Boys & Girls 4th-7th Grade | 5:00-6:00 PM
• Boys & Girls 8th-12th Grade | 6:00-7:00 PM
Cost: Spring 1 OR 2 = $100
Spring 1 AND 2 = $175
If you are interested in getting in the game, pre-registration for an entire package is required. Speed School will reach capacity and there will be no drop-in spaces available to ensure maximum development and commitment.
